Kirk's primary responsibilities are field installation management. Kirk exemplifies the qualities which are only contained in the upper echelon of Glaziers, as well as a unique ability to lead from the front. These qualities have earned him the respect and admiration of every field installer with whom he has come in contact. Kirk leads our field installers with an unparalleled level of experience and professionalism. This, in turn, motivates his teams to produce the quality of installed product which typifies the Division 8 Inc. standard of excellence.

Kirk has an adult son who he is developing into a project foreman for Division 8, and spends his free time developing his three younger sons into fine athletes.
